Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Finite (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA:

2. Who Can Use the App

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the data you enter (for example names, notes, and relationship details).

3. Premium Subscription Terms

Finite offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly and yearly plans) that unlock premium features.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices may vary by region and can change as allowed by Apple and applicable law.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is described in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Finite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

11. Termination

These terms apply until terminated by you or us. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.
