How does the timeline work?

Finite uses life expectancy data from the WHO and Polish GUS to estimate how much time you have left with each person. The calculation is based on your birth date, their birth date, country, and gender.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect any analytics or tracking data. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted end-to-end by Apple. Read our Privacy Policy.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll down, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual people and their meetings from the app. To delete all data at once, go to Settings, enable "Advanced Settings" toggle, then tap "Delete All My Data" at the bottom.

How do I enable iCloud sync?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle "iCloud Sync" on. Your data will sync across all your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

The widget isn't updating

Try removing and re-adding the widget. Make sure the app has been opened at least once after installation. iOS updates widgets periodically based on its own schedule.
